Reset your PIN

Forgot your 6-digit PIN? Reset it with an email code.

  1. In Settings, choose Reset Security PIN (or on the login page, choose the PIN reset option).
  2. We email you a code.
  3. Enter the code, your mobile number and date of birth, then your new PIN twice.
