Claim your profile

Prove it's you to manage your profile.

  1. Open your profile and tap Is this you? Claim.
  2. Say if you are the person or on their official team.
  3. Add your official email and phone, and upload proof (ID, appointment letter or authorisation on official letterhead).
  4. Our team checks it, usually within 3 working days. Once approved you get the badge and your profile dashboard.
