Camera or microphone not working in calls

Give the browser permission and check your device.

  1. When the browser asks, choose Allow for camera and microphone.
  2. If you blocked it, open the lock icon next to the address and allow camera and microphone.
  3. Close other apps using the camera.
  4. Still stuck? Try another browser or network; some office networks block calls.
